General Admission Tickets

Crap, I bought the wrong one-day wristband. Can I exchange it for the correct day?

It depends. We have a 24-hour return policy, so as long as you call us within 24-hours of your original order placement, we can cancel that order, and you can place a new one for the correct day.

Do I have to register my wristband?

Yes. Register each wristband to the person who will be wearing it. If you’d like to go cashless, you can link a credit card to your wristband when you register.

Do I have to select which day I want to come if I am just getting a one-day wristband?

Yes, you do. Each day’s wristband is different, and only the appropriate day’s wristband is honored. You will either have to have your specific day’s wristband or a 3-Day wristband to be allowed on premise during that specific day.

I bought a pit pass on top of my ticket, but how do I physically get into the PIT?

The line for the PIT PASSES is at the top of the picture line by the sound stage. You are let into the PIT approximately 20 minutes before the band starts, no food, drinks, or selfie-sticks are allowed in the PIT. You can leave and get a stamp to re-enter. The PIT is handicap accessible. The PIT is emptied after every show for safety concerns as work is done before each show (cables ran out to the sound stage or picked up after a band is finished).

Is it just a ticket that I am receiving or is it a wristband?

You are physically receiving a wristband, but we sometimes use the words “ticket” or “pass.” All wristbands are equipped with an RFID chip. Wristbands are used for all forms of concert entry (GA, Reserved, VIP) and campground access. We give you a 21+ wristband as you enter any bar area inside the concert grounds (have your ID with you!).

Is parking included?

Parking is not included with your GA ticket; you can purchase parking online or at the gate upon your arrival. However, if you purchase any campsite, you are allowed one vehicle on your site.

What is included in a General Admission ticket?

One General Admission ticket (wristband) gets you into the concert grounds. You also need this wristband to get into the campgrounds (in addition to a Campground Access Pass).

Reserved Lawn Tickets

Do I have to register my wristband?

Yes. Register each wristband to the person who will be wearing it. If you’d like to go cashless, you can link a credit card to your wristband when you register.

Do I have to take my chair with me every night?

Nope! Just leave it there when you leave for the night, and it will be sitting out waiting for you when you return the next day. Make sure to take it with you at the end of the festival, though!

What is included in a Reserved Lawn seat?

One Reserved Lawn ticket (wristband) gets you into the concert grounds, and into the preferred Reserved Lawn Seating area which is located directly behind VIP. This seat comes with a collapsible 2018 Rock Fest Campfire Chair, that you will be able to take with you when the festival is over. This seat does not include a Camp Access Pass, so please plan accordingly if you are camping.

Wristband FAQS

Can I pay for food and drinks with my wristband?

Yes and no. If you sign up for the cashless option as you register your wristband, you will be able to pay for all beverages (beer, drinks, soda & water) and whatever you purchase at the pizza & pop tents by scanning your wristband. You can also use it at the Shirt Shop. Cashless is NOT accepted at all vendors. Some vendors will accept cashless, while others are credit or cash, only. There are ATMs available throughout the concert grounds. More information regarding which vendors will be cashless will be available closer to the festival.

Can I switch my 3-Day GA wristband or Reserved Lawn wristband into three individual daily wristbands so I have one for each day?

Nope. Only VIP gets the option of individual-day wristbands, and they have to indicate this prior to placing the order.

Can I switch my 3-Day VIP wristband into three individual daily wristbands?

Nope. You only have the option to do this as you place the initial order. This option cannot be switched after the order is placed. Also, there is an $8 fee with each wristband.

Do I have to register my wristband?

You are required to register your wristband for these reasons: 1) Wristband registration protects you in case it is lost, stolen, damaged, or if it (unlikely) stops working. Only the person who registers their wristband or the original purchaser can be issued a replacement. We don’t know it’s yours unless it’s registered. Register it to avoid having to buy an entirely new wristband. 2) Only valid, authentic wristbands will be able to be registered, so you’ll know right away that your wristband works. 3) Everyone who registers their wristband will be automatically entered to win prizes. 4) Only registered wristbands will be able to utilize the super-convenient cashless option! Cashless is great ‘cause you don’t have to carry a wallet/cash around. Who wants to lose their wallet/credit card? No one. You’d be amazed by the stack of credit cards we find laying on the grounds during the festival. Go cashless.

How do I register my wristband?

It’s so easy, just click here!

I don’t think I received the correct items. How do I double-check my order?

Refer to your original receipt (sent via email) that you should have received upon placing your order. Double-check all of the items that you ordered there. If there is a discrepancy, please call our office at 800.326.FEST. Remember that all campsites come with one Campground Access Pass, one vehicle parking sticker, and one camping unit sticker.

I got my wristband in the mail! Can I put it on?

NO! Once the wristband is tightened, it cannot be loosened. Please wait until you’re on your way to the festival to put your wristband on. If you have curious children or animals, be sure to store your wristbands in a safe place to avoid paying any replacement fees.

I haven’t received my wristbands and the festival is getting closer.

Once your order ships, you should receive tracking information delivered as an email to whichever email address you use to place your order. If the festival is two weeks or less away and you still haven’t received any tracking information, please call our office at 800.326.FEST. We will look up your order and help you out!

I placed multiple orders but only received one so far. What’s up?

If you placed orders in different transactions, they will arrive at different times. The only time to worry is if your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks before the festival. If that’s the case, please call our office from 8am-4:30pm CST at 800.326.FEST.

My wristband got wet. Will it still work?

Yep! The RFID chip inside your wristband is waterproof, so no worries.

Oops… I already put my wristband on. Now what?

You have two options: wear it every day until the festival arrives and be the coolest person you know, or replace it for $35. If you need it replaced, send the wristband along with a $35 check prior to the festival. Our address here is 24447 County Highway S, Cadott, WI 54727. Only the original purchaser of the wristband is able to receive a replacement. All wristbands needing to be replaced will be deactivated.

What if I’m planning to move before my wristbands and passes arrive in my mail?

Once you know your new address, please update it in the system ASAP by logging into you account. Visit www.seetickets.us and use the same email address you used when placing the order.

When will my wristbands arrive?

Wristbands and passes will start shipping early spring of 2018. Orders may not ship right away. However, if you haven’t received it by July 1st, give us a call and we’ll track it down for you, since there’s an RFID chip in each wristband. Please be sure to update your shipping address if you plan on moving at www.seetickets.us.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located at the main entrance gates—just follow appropriate signs. Make sure to have your ID ready when you’re picking up any Will Call orders. The gate workers will match your ID to the appropriate order.

If you have a group coming and only one person has all the stickers, that person MUST get appropriate stickers to appropriate campers prior to entering into the campgrounds. I only want one campsite, but there are multiple vehicles within our group. What do we do?

Only one vehicle is allowed on each campsite. All extra vehicles will need to purchase parking passes and be parked in the general parking lot for the duration of the festival.

Once I’m inside the campgrounds, can I leave?

As long as you have the proper passes on yourself and vehicle, you can exit and enter the campgrounds and concert area whenever you’d like.

How do I log in to my Rock Fest account?

If you can’t remember your password, follow the prompts to Reset your password. Please note: as of June 2017, SeeTickets has been our new ticketing company. Any accounts/passwords you’ve had prior to June 2017 will not be carried over.

How do I report an incident at the festivals?

We encourage incidents be reported ASAP so that action can be taken immediately. If you experience sexual assault at Rock Fest, we encourage you to report it, immediately. There is a strict zero tolerance policy on sexual assault at the festivals. Please report any incidents to security. If you feel uncomfortable reporting an incident, you may send a text message in to our anonymous Tip Hotline. Send texts to 315-TIP-FEST (315-847-3378) to communicate directly with Security Dispatch.

I didn’t receive my receipt after placing my order. What’s up?

You should receive your email receipt right after placing your order. Check your junk mail—the receipt is coming from SeeTickets, not Rock Fest. If you placed your order on a Payment Plan, please log in to your SeeTickets account at www.SeeTickets.us to view your order details. This is where you’ll also find a PDF receipt in your account.

Tell me more about Payment Plans.

UPDATE AS OF 4/27/18: we are no longer offering payment plans for Rock Fest 2018, as it’s getting too close to the event. // If you place an item on a Payment Plan, you’ll have to pay 40% of that total today. Depending on when you place the order will effect when the remaining two payments will be withdrawn from your account. Each of these payments will pull 30% of that order (40% – 30% – 30%). Payment Plan fees do apply per ticket—please make note of these as you’re selecting the Payment Plan option. Not all items can be added to a Payment Plan, and each item on a Payment Plan is treated separately. Shuttle wristbands will be fulfilled from our office and mailed to you. We recommend you purchase your shuttle wristband with your tickets to avoid paying shipping fees again.

Step 1-A. Book your hotel room at any of our partnering hotels. The shuttles will be taking guests to and from these hotels, only.

Step 1-B. If you live locally or are staying at a non-participating hotel and want to catch a shuttle, your option is to purchase a Walk-Up shuttle wristband. Our walk-up hotel is Metropolis Resort, ONLY; all walk-ups must be on-time to departing shuttles and follow the same rules as guests staying at participating hotels.

Step 2: Purchase your Rock Fest tickets, campsites & any add-ons you need. Shuttle wristbands are located under the Add-Ons tab. Each wristband is good for one person for the entire weekend and is non-refundable. Reminder, you MUST be staying at one of the participating hotels below to ride the Fest Hotel Shuttle.

Step 3. Bring your shuttle wristband with you to the participating hotel and present it to the front desk upon arrival. Don’t forget this wristband at home, or you will have to show proof of original purchase and pay a $40 replacement fee. (no exceptions, so remember your shuttle wristband!)

Those who participate in the lottery will be the first 30 patrons to reserve/move to better seats once the gates open.
